The Space:

Welcome to our charming and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy an open concept kitchen and living area in a completely remodeled house with new appliances, new furniture, and ample seating for all guests. In the three bedrooms you will find a king bed in the master, a queen size bed in one guest room and a set of bunk beds in a another guest room. The master bedroom has an attached bath with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor space is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.



As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for a memorable family meal.



With three comfortable bedrooms, and five beds, this home can accommodate up to 6 guests (up to an additional 2 guests for a $25/person fee). Each bedroom features plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Smoking - No smoking allowed.



Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



Extra Guests - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
