"Look, this place has a high review for a reason! Outstanding customer service combined with extremely clean rooms! I live in Arizona, and have never stayed at a nicer place than this! We had a 2 room suite and it was immaculate. Have our 3,4 year olds with us and they loved it with the playground and mini golf! But, looking forward to taking my wife here without the kids also. It’s perfect for any type of travel. A little outside of town, but you can get most places in Pinetop / Lakeside in under 10 mins drive. It’s located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood near a golf resort which look like mostly condos. Front desk has the old school, getting very rare, customer service, where they actually care about your stay and experience. I stay at a lot of hotels around the US, this place is far above most you’ll encounter."

"Check-In clerk demonstrated how the door lock worked before needing to ask so there were no problems with accessing the room. The room was very comfortable. It would be nice to have plastic glasses in the room to drink out of though the cups did work well. Also having a towel bar in the bathroom would be nice. These are minor issues as the room was very nice and the cost was reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay."
