"We stayed for a full week and everyone was so nice and helpful. Super easy to find and access. Looked exactly like the picture. Very cozy!"

"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "

"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "

"Our room was very nice, exactly as advertised. Great communication with the host. He let us check in after hours which was what we needed. The only major downside was there wasn't very much lighting to get in at night and there were a lot of locks to do in the dark. "

"For the price, the place was not great. Limited kitchen supplies (ex. only 4 cups, no can opener). Not particularly clean. Noisy from traffic noise, mattresses too soft, and not a great neighborhood. "

"This apartment has modern style! Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms as well as comfortable beds. Front and back bedrooms with their own bathroom is a plus for those traveling with kids. The back bedroom is quiet and dark at night, but the front bedroom can have some noise from the street and the blinds don't fully cover the window. So sleepers used to complete darkness might need an eye mask. This is a second story apartment with a street facing door and then stairs up to the living room. The...
