"Ok the positives! Big bed, shower worked great, aircon was good and very close to JFK (5 min drive). Otherwise it is a really run down hotel, dirt and mould in the bathroom, dirty footprints on the floor. The only lift to get you case down the stairs is for wheelchair use however when you open it there’s a suitcase trolley right in front of it so you have to struggle to move it out of the way (impossible for a wheelchair user!). Very noisy, couldn’t really hear traffic even though on a main road but you can hear every guest. Unless your local I wouldn’t go out, just full of people trying to get cash off you and following you to keep asking."

"This hotel is located in a not so nice neighborhood especially at night. Parking is terrible. The phone lines don’t work and on that particular night the printer was not working therefore the receptionist was taking ID pictures with her phone. The room was nice and cool from the AC but the constant banging of the doors and hallway noise made sleep very uncomfortable and impossible. Someone had the music on blasting all night long which is insane. The floors and the sheets felt dirty however the bed was comfortable. I would never send my dog to spend a night there."

"Dirty, terrible neighborhood, walls and floors are digusting. I can’t believe a 5-year old hotel can be so won down. The front desk person at check-in was very pleasant. I booked this due to a cancellation for a connecting flight- expedia listed it as having a shuttle. No shuttle. This cost is almost $100 round trip to get to and from the airport. Just pay another $100 and stay somewhere that isn’t a dump. The morning front desk guy sat there when there was no coffee in the dispenser, trash filled to the brim in the basket. He tried to get us a car service after our Yellow Cab was taking forever. The driver lied to him and said it would take 5-10 min. After 10 he said 8 more minutes. We cancelled it and got an Uber in 1 min. There were s*x workers coming out of the building in droves too. If I were the company, I would rethink keeping this place open."

"This hotel is horrible. You walk in and the lobby looks ok and that is where the good ends. The staff is rude. The rooms are disgusting and smell like stale cigarettes. There are burn marks on the mattresses and blankets. The shower was filthy, the ac barely worked, the towels were all stained so we didn't even use the shower. The walls had stuff splattered on them and were filthy. There were people up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and were extremely loud even though the hotel claims to have "soundproofed rooms". Worst hotel I've ever stayed at."
