Very clean. Host was quick in response before check in and after we were there. Bed was super comfortable and loved that there was an extra fan in the bedroom. Location was perfect if you like the downtown area and busy nights. We enjoyed people watching.

So perfect and cute!

We had such a great stay! The place was absolutely adorable—thoughtfully decorated and so cozy. It was also centrally located, which made it super convenient to explore the area. We stayed over a busy weekend, so there was definitely some noise outside, but the host was one step ahead and provided earplugs, which worked perfectly. Overall, a wonderful stay with great attention to detail. Would definitely come back!

Short and sweet little stay

Great little spot. Super clean, very comfortable and my girlfriend approved. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of bars/restaurants and even coffee shops in just a couple minutes walk.. The pictures were exactly spot on! Also the host was super responsive!

We loved this nice spacious loft. It was super clean and had all the comforts of home. There's even a balcony where you can go out and kind of look out over the street. It has a really nice view. Shawn kept us up with all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We went on walks around the area and enjoyed some of the local restaurants. There are quite a few within walking distance. We also went down and walked around the square. It's a nice cozy loft and a nice location, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This was my first visit to Springfield, Missouri. The apartment was perfect for my needs. Opposite is a great place to grab a coffee and breakfast. There are a number of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The noise as mentioned on other reviews was not an issue, it is a university town with many student hotspots in the same street.
