Perfect Spot - Truth in Advertising!

We had six adults gathering for a wedding in Springfield - coming in from multiple states. This place gave us the perfect spot to visit and bedroom/bathroom space to spare. Great, quiet neighborhood.

Football and Birthday

We had many family members in town for MSU game and grandpa’s 80th birthday. This house was amazing. Perfect for a family get together. So clean, cozy and everything was labeled. We loved it. We will stay here again.

Wedding Weekend with a Cozy VRBO!

My husband and I stayed in the Greystone property with our adult children and their kids over the weekend when we were in town for my niece’s wedding. The house was the perfect place for us! It was very clean, cozy, and accommodating for all of us! The kitchen was great for cooking a few meals at home while we were there, which my daughter loved doing! The kids loved the comfortable game room and hung out there while the adults hung out by the electric fireplace to relax and talk. The host was very attentive but never intrusive. We will most certainly plan to stay here again when we’re in town with our extended family. LOVED IT! 😊

Great getaway

The house was well stocked and clean. Loved the open feel and different areas to hang out. Not sure about the big stand alone tub for showering. It was really weird falling feeing. The grass needed to be cut bad. But all and all it was really nice

Great location and touches

The house is well stocked and very thoughtful touches. We loved the open floor plan and different seating areas. A great kitchen island and large table to accommodate our family. Only negatives is the cleaning, lots of cobwebs throughout the house, dirty floors and the grass was long and recently cut so lots of clippings we took off shoes (as instructed) and vacuumed a few times to keep it contained to the front door rug. Just don’t want these couple things to ruin the hard work spent on the interior. Thanks for a great family weekend.

Family Space

Had to go home for a funeral. Picked because just blocks away from family. The space was great. My cousins could come over for lunch and dinner with so much room. Our only issue was with toilet paper and paper towels. We basically had 1 full roll of toilet paper between 3 bathrooms. When I emailed the property they said they just provided starters and we provided additional. Just strange, none of our friends have ever seen this in a rental. Would stay again and is a great space.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

We just concluded our second stay at the Greystone Home. We were in town for my niece’s wedding back in June, then were back in town this September for my mom’s funeral. I was so glad that the home was available for rent on such short notice. We had been very pleased with our earlier stay so it was nice to be able to go to a known comfortable place. With four bedrooms and three baths, the house is perfect for my husband and I along with my daughter and her family. It is close the major thoroughfares in Springfield so navigation was a breeze! The home itself is cozy, clean, and has several different seating areas so the family could spread out comfortably.

Great place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay! With a mix of families, the multiple bathrooms each with their own shower was helpful. Communication with the owner/vacation rental company was easy. Beds and pillows were comfy. We didn't eat any major meals but the kitchen was nice and appliances were clean.

Nice house for a weekend

This property is fairly nice, with enough bedrooms for a gathering for the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and (when we were there) coffee and spices. The only two hitches were that the access code was not deployed as described, neither text nor email. I was able to resolve that with the property management company with only two calls, and we only waited for a few minutes to gain access. I'm sure if I had realized earlier in the day that I did not have the code, we would not have waited at all. The other hitch was that there were no trash bags. The primary kitchen trash can was without a bag, and no bags present under the sink. Several interactions later, we did get trash bags delivered. The electronics - Netflix and more, were a nice bonus, and pretty well documented, but a complex A/V system. I did learn to navigate the apple tv remote successfully :)

Awesome Location

My wife, son, and I stayed for four nights while in town for a family funeral. Nice, quiet street with wonderful neighbors that left us feeling like we were in a little rural community. But the home is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. First Watch up the road is a great breakfast spot.

Perfect Stay

The two night stay at the home was perfect for a graduation weekend. The home itself is well stocked with many amenities, from cookware to laundry. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the big kitchen table to accommodate many people. Check-in was easy and communication with owner/manager was immediately answered. I would definitely stay again.
