I told the staff when I checked in that there was urine and body hair on the toilet seat and was met with the front desks response of, “oh, that’s gross.” That was it! She just looked at me like, oops! Not making an effort to pay for a king suite of my own for it not to be cleaned before hand.

Enjoyed our stay here. People were friendly and the room was clean . Couldnt get CBS channel on TV but that didnt impede our stay. We had a great experience. Would recommend this hotel for your stay.
