The room was outdated and not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom. The carpet was sticky and had a broken toothpick right in the middle of the floor and lots of crumbs.

Disappointed in our stay. The bed was so squeaky on my husband's side that every time he moved, it woke me up, and it was very uncomfortable. Also, when we stay at a property, we expect more than hand soap. There was no lotion and no shampoo/conditioner. I don't ever pack that because it's always offered to us. Won't be coming back.

Our room was not cleaned, beds were 't made. That was ok as they loved us to a new room. The new room was dirty, beds looked made but sheets were dirty bathroom had not been cleaned, no soap.

The room was gross. It smelled and it wasn’t clean. There was hair all over the bed sheets and when we asked for a refund he said I had to go through Expedia because that is who I booked with . When I called Expedia called they were told the policy is not to refund so I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back even though I left because

Really easy to find, right off the highway. All staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was impressive for the amount we paid for the room. It was an assortment of muffins/ bagels/toast and your typical continental breakfast stuff with additional microwave-heated eggs/ sausage and a self serve Belgian waffle maker. Breakfast area was clean and well looked after. As far as the room, it was fine. Beds were comfortable, shower hot, good pressure. 👎The light over the fridge was burnt out, visible crud built up under shower faucet and shampoo dispenser, hair dryer had someone's makeup stuck to it, ironing board was broken and stained. All in all, pretty good for $160/ night.

The entire property smell of cigarette, location was inconvenient. Apparently you have to pay an extra 1.75usd per day to use the safe box in the room and then a legend in it tells you the hotel might charge you even if you don’t use it. Never in my life I have seen this, anywhere. All in all a bad experience, we won’t stay in this place ever again. Avoid at all costs.
