The Cherry St House Main Floor Retreat

Welcome to the sought-after Cherry St House! The Main Floor Retreat offers a perfect rental option for smaller groups, providing all the great amenities and hospitality of the full house at a lower cost. This rental includes access to the main floor only, with the second floor locked off, ensuring privacy and convenience. Centrally located and within walking distance to Missouri State University and Springfield`s top hotspots, you`ll have easy access to everything the area has to offer. This is rented as the main floor space only. NO OTHER GUESTS will be occupying the space.

The Cherry St House Main Floor Retreat offers comfort and convenience for smaller groups. Here`s what you can expect:

Bedrooms: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a California king bed and the other with a queen bed.

Bathroom: A large, modern bathroom featuring a shower/bath combo.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with essentials and breakfast starters like eggs, milk, cereal, and butter.

Dining Area: A spacious dining area ideal for meals or business meetings.

Living Room: Comfortable seating with a smart TV and an office space with a laptop.

Outdoor Spaces: A covered front porch for relaxation and a fenced backyard with a patio, Solo stove, Adirondack seating, and a BBQ grill.

Dog-Friendly: Welcoming up to 2 dogs with prior agreement and fees.

Check-in is available from 4 PM onwards.

We will contact you before your arrival to confirm your estimated time and provide you with a code for the Kwikset keypad, which will grant you access to the property.

We live nearby and can either personally greet you to show you around the home and answer any questions, or we will check in with you during your stay. We will guide you through the home, demonstrate how to use the amenities such as the solo stove, grill, and gas range, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

1. No Parties or Events-Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized events may result in fines up to $700 and termination of your stay.
2. Safety & Restricted Areas-For everyone’s safety, please do not enter any locked or marked areas of the property.
3. Dogs-Up to two well-mannered, house-trained dogs with current vaccinations are welcome at The Cherry St House, The Cherry St Main Floor, and The Cairo St Bungalow.
The Disco Loft is a pet-free property. A pet cleaning fee applies to all dog-friendly stays.
4. No Smoking or Vaping-Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home and within 15 feet of doors or windows. Additional cleaning fees of up to $500 may apply for violations.
5. Cleanliness & Care-Please treat the home with respect. Report spills or damages promptly so we can address them quickly.
6. Trash Disposal-Bag and place all trash in the designated bins before checkout.
7. Plumbing-Only flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of wipes, hygiene products, grease, or coffee grounds in sinks or toilets.
8. Registered Guests Only- Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 per-person, per-night fee.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. Pets
We’re happy to welcome dogs at The Cherry St House, The Cherry St Main Floor, and The Cairo St Bungalow. Unfortunately, The Disco Loft isn’t suited for pets. Up to two dogs are allowed per stay, and a small pet cleaning fee will be added to all reservations that include dogs. All dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and never left unattended inside or outside the home. Due to insurance restrictions, the following breeds (and their mixes) are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Akita, Great Dane, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and similar breeds.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning required after their stay. We recommend selecting the optional $40 damage waiver to help protect against unexpected incidents.
