The Luxurious Colonial
- This beautiful home will take your breath away! Beautifully decorated and clean, ready to make your stay one you will never forget. Located in the center of Springfield, close to everything. This house is perfect for a romantic getaway or for large groups with tons of space. You have the entire house which includes four bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining room. The basement includes two living areas, cozy fireplaces throughout the entire house and a huge backyard with a jacuzzi.
This beautiful three-story house has all the space you need. On the top floor you have a full bath with two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. The main floor has two bedrooms, both with Queen beds and living room, dining room and large kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and Keurig Expresso machine with complimentary coffee. The downstairs has two living areas. One side has a large area with a fireplace and mini bar and the other side has a couch, TV and play area for any children visiting. Fireplaces are located throughout the entire house as well as televisions.

House was great. Awesome backyard with hot tub. Teresa was prompt with replying to questions and even took care of a minor issue with hot tub during our visit. Beds were comfortable and nice kitchen area. Weather was great and we were able to sit outside using patio furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood and good location to everything we needed.

This is an awesome place to stay! The home is beautiful and very welcoming! The back deck was perfect for playing Domino’s and enjoying the sunny weather! We didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but will sure try to next time! Teresa was very responsive to all of my queations and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting from her!

Nice house with quick access to road. Plenty of linens and room to spread out! Only one full bath (+half bath downstairs) with a smaller vanity, this could be an issue for those who fill the house with people. Great family room and dining space to relax. Neighborhood was quite during our stay, would use again!

Tennis in Springfield
We came to Springfield to play in a tennis tournament. The location was perfect-close to the tennis complex and Starbucks! The house was exactly as described. It had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a large kitchen, two washer and dryers, three sitting areas and a hot tub! The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host responded quickly to my questions and even had a nice welcome sign on the fridge for our group. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Terrific house
We loved this house. Hot tub was great and there is a huge back yard and big deck! 3 different sectional couches so plenty of places for relaxing. Lots of extras at the house that we don’t see at most VRBO’s. I love the decorations in the house. I loved the Toy Story theme bedroom! Highly recommend!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway
Teresa the hostess/property Manager was great. Her replies were prompt & she left a personalized message on the refrigerator for our arrival. The house is tucked away in a modest neighborhood what seemed like Right in the Middle of town, which was greatly convenient. The kitchen was mildly equipped and we managed fine. The hot tub & lights in the backyard were wonderful for our hangout & we will definitely keep this place in mind for our next Springfield trip
