「We love the layout and features of the room and the hotel is in a great location. The only two complaints we had on this trip were: 1) Last time you could tip by a QR code on a card in the room. That option is no longer available and we had to use cash 2) On our first morning at breakfast (5/26) the lady in charge of cleaning up the breakfast room wasn't cleaning the tables when they were dirty. In fact, she sometimes just sat down even though there were dirty tables.」

「It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.」

「极差的体验。提前一月预订了两间客房，结果给了两间靠马路的房间。去前台理论，说可以退钱但是不能换。但其实有很多间都是空的，好定网上也显示有空房。从优胜美地出来已经累惨了，这个小镇也没有别的选择，只好将就。一晚没睡着，一直有车经过，最高实测99分贝。」

「The only way the host would respond is when I contacted VRBO. The property was so filthy I wouldn't even bring my luggage into it. VRBO did NOTHING for me. I had to reverse the charges with my credit card, which they did after I showed them the awful pictures of the place. I will not consider VRBO again.」

「Thank you so much, we enjoyed staying at your cabin at Pine Mountain Lake. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Would recommend this to anyone. We would have liked to use the barbecue on the back deck, but the weather did not cooperate.」
