「The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

「It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!」

「The kitchen area, dining room and living room are updated. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms are not. It is an old building and you can see that you are renovating the rooms one at a time.」

「The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area.」

「property is fine and the parking ok I would stay there again」

「Very well appointed we had everything we needed and more! Lovely location. Would recommend this place to others.」

「The place was great. 10 minute walk to Metro, Chewish deli next door is a great, easy breakfast. Parking wasn't difficult (if you can parallel park), even with 5-6 spaces closed due to construction. I would bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. A lot of windows high up that don't have blinds/curtains, and it can get bright in the morning. 」

「Nice house in a great location. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Perfect for a business trip or a visit. Had a small issue with check in but they were quick to respond and address the issue.」

「Spacious, comfortable and attractive accommodation. Location was quiet and accessible to shopping, the Metro and other activities. Highly recommended!」

「The property is nice and updated, looks just like the pictures. The backyard is a great retreat! The 2 private parking spaces made it comfortable to come and go. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and convenience items (shampoo, trash bags, etc). The hosts were accessible during the stay, but we didn’t need them. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near DC, this place in a nice quiet neighborhood is a perfect choice.」

「The place was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to DC, food, target the grocery store, good coffee shops and more. We were very happy here and would definitely stay again.」
