「Very conveniently located a 9 minute walk from downtown. Beautifully decorated and stoked with supplies you may forget or need. Only complaint is there no microwave so if you're staying for more than a few nights or want a late night munchie you're kinda SOL. This is not fault of the host but there is a family located downstairs who smoke and have a dog who will bark at and playfully chase you 」

「The house is cute, but older property. The kitchen had the bare minimum of items. One small, well used frypan, no baking dishes or cookie sheet. No basic salt/pepper Very basic cutlery, and the cleaning crew didn’t replenish the dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, hand soap in bathrooms. There were no bath rugs in half bath. No toilet bowl cleaner. TV in living room worked great! One very firm mattress and one medium. Nice to have garage to park in but a remote would have been nicer to use due...

「This is an awesome loft apartment in downtown Springfield. It is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The brick walls and high ceilings are very cool making for nice ambiance. It was amazingly quiet! We have stayed at other downtown VRBO's that were noisy as hell, but this was on a quieter street. It was within easy walking distance of numerous eating and drinking establishments. Our host was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!」

「My son and I visited Springfield for a baseball tournament and were pleased with our stay at this property. We were close to downtown and MSU, which provided plenty of options for food and activities. The apartment provided a stocked kitchen, including coffee which was nice in the morning and the host was easy to communicate with. Simple procedures for checkout, which was appreciated as well!」

「The host was quick to respond and professional. I really appreciate the check out process, it was quick and easy. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. We were stuck inside for most of our time because of a snowstorm so we really appreciated the large tv, cozy setting and well stocked shelves so we could cook ourselves. 」
