「We loved this place. There was some hiccups with communication at first but that was quickly resolved. The home was just as advertised. Spacious and fit our need perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Most important it was very close to UAB where i was having heart surgery. I needed to add a day onto the stay for my husband and kids to recoup from thr stress and my surgery before driving several hours home. This request was accommodated wuickly and with no issues. 「Pictures online are a little deceiving bedrooms and bathrooms were OK but living room couch and chair stained, blinds broken, kitchen horrible pots, and pans where greasy most unusable foil lining the oven and the microwave rusted out with a burning smell had to unplug which we desperately needed due to being there for bodybuilding competition, paint chairs and kitchen coming off and a swarm of wood bees and wasp at the front door when trying to get in and out challenging dogs barking at 3 AM...

「This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!」

Kelly the property owner is very responsive and a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions to help make the week great.
