「Our stay at the Cozy Upper Room was great just as we expected. We stayed here before and will do so again. Mary is a great hostess, the room has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable . Feels very private and a great location. Easy walk to downtown Black Mountain. 」

「Suite 2 was very nice and large space. It was basic...no frills. Great location. Walking distances to downtown Black Mountain. Would have wished i had known that we would not have access to the front porch as some other suites. If we did have access , it was not communicated that I remember. Also would have been nice to have somewhere to hang our clothes up. All in all it was a nice place with a great location. Thanks!」

「Jan was very kind and helpful and communicated very well. There was a massive misunderstanding about the house occupancy and we did not stay because we required different accommodation. Jan helped us find a last minute alternative and provided excellent advice. 」

「Very nice. The unit had everything we need and was so close to sky slope. Would be happy to stay again and would recommend the accommodations to anyone. 」

「I loved the location and how close it was to sugar. We couldn’t find the walking path but some roads are closed right now. It was very comfortable and peaceful. 」

「Decided on a last minute getaway and were lucky enough to find this little apartment A unit in an older home, very compact and clean .We walked to all food and drink options all weekend. A short drive to hike nearby Lookout Mountain on Friday morning. Safe location and I’d come here even as a single woman. Loved it and will be back! Note there are stairs and no elevator to our room but there were downstairs rooms. Pet friendly. Kitchenette and fridge. New shower in tiny bathroom. 」
