“Beautiful sunrise view, clean room and wonderful staff!”

“This little place was excellent! Great views, very convenient to walk everywhere. The morning breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay again!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)”

“Everything was very nice. great balcony was lovely. Breakfast was great. I would only comment on the unpleasant smell of the room. It got better after opening the door to the balcony. But lovely place.”

“We were here as the next to the next last stop on our way home from our vacation. I wanted a place with close proximity to the ocean somewhere along the south coast of Maine. This place fit the bill perfectly and when we arrived about 2 hours before sundown and one hour before low tide it was even more perfect. We took an hour Long Beach walk and saw some awesome views of the river as it turns into ocean. There were few people out on the beach and the lapping of the waves and the sand was……

“This property was an absolute disappointment - the room smelled of toxic fumes , the heater did not work , the restaurant next door was extremely noisy , the rooms need a refresh , they are very dank and depressing. There is no way to contact the hotel owners , they give a check in code but do not greet the guests and they did not answer the phone when we tried to contact .”

“This is a wonderful bed and breakfast! I highly recommend and I would stay here again and again!”

“酒店地处鲍登大学和maine街的交接处，所以无论是去大学还是游玩都方便极了；酒店布置有特色，室内室外都舒适至极；酒店员工热情健谈，特别是早餐，虽然不是免费的，但非常值得品尝，太美味且量足，特别是pancake，我们住了两晚，两次早餐点了三次，非常好吃。以后会再选择这里。”

“I like everything and I booked room and I got in the same time”

“We enjoyed the restaurant on site. Staff was helpful. We found some items left in room by previous guests. I would request room in the back, we had room near busy street and traffic noise in the morning was loud.”
