"We loved our stay at the Brittania and felt very pampered! We spent the afternoon at the beautiful spa, walked around the city a bit, and had a nightcap at the hotel bar. "The staff was helpful and nice, the room was decent enough, although it could have had a little maintenance, drooping shelf in bathroom and there was a window with a slightly broken hasp, resulting in a cold room. Fixed by getting an oven from the reception for 1 day, then I managed to lock the window better. Also the lighting is a bit sparse in the room, with finicky lights by the bed and finicky outlets.
