"フロントはほぼ中国語しか話せず、私たちは少ししか中国語が話せなかったのでチェックイン時に難儀しました。滞在費はチェックイン時に現金のみで支払いです。ベッドのマッ トレスは硬かったです。掃除の際に500mlほどの水を2本補充してくれていましたが、歯ブラシと石鹸は補充してくれませんでした。また、google mapsに記載されている住所は謝りで、正しい住所は百度の地図に載っています。"

"Wonderful hotel. The absolute stars in terms of the staff were Elena Cherkes and Nina Feng, both in the wonderful Executive Lounge on the 20th floor and serving at breakfast. Nina helped organise a vital business meeting at short notice and Elena was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the help of Joseph Du at reception/concierge - he went out of his way to help throughout my stay too. "
