"Room was spacious with a balcony and robes were provided. Beds were comfortable. Bed sheets did not fit the beds properly and there were various elements in the room, from the lock on the door to light fittings that needed repair in the room. "The stay was very uncomfortable unfortunately. - uncomfortable room. the family room (3 beds) doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a hostel. It has a weird layout. Bed #2 and #3 are small single beds. The AC does not work. - bad check-in experience. The receptionist who checked me in at night at first gave me a lower grade room. When i showed her my booking, she then realized i paid for the bigger room. She was also just not welcoming and friendly. - good check-out: the two receptionists in the morning were very sweet and friendly. we needed chargers and they were happy to help. "
