“The view was great and having the patio was good. It was close to what we needed but the area was dirty and lots of homeless people around. There was no coffee pot, lack of cutlery and kitchen accessories. The can opener was difficult to operate. Frying pan is old and all scratched Teflon. There were no curtains so no privacy and nothing to block the brightness so we had to keep bedroom door closed at night time so there was no bedroom ventilation. “The view on the 16th floor was nive and we were treated with a couple nice sunsets. The area around the condo is a bit sketchy and most restaurants are closed in the mornings and throughout the day on weekends. Grocery stores are few, but there is a “Giant Tiger” store that has some fresh and frozen foods, including fruit. There are a lot of rules and threats about the # of people and noise which basically makes you feel unwelcomed. I received an email from Expedia/VRBO listing instructions to……

“The place was reasonably clean, however the housecoat was stained and the bathroom floor was dirty.Appears their housekeepers are not very observant and diligent.The place was good though, except the clothes dryer was not heating. Assume heating element required replacement. Reported the issue but no one came to look at it while we were there. Rented for 6 nights.”

“Excellent accommodations. Only complaint is like other basement air b+bs, it was rather cold. The host did cut off the ac to the basement, but it was still rather chilly. A thermostat would be great in these units.”
