Everything seems like a sale in an all inclusive resort where we thought everything was included. We weren’t aware of anything. The staff appears overworked and tired. More negative interactions with staff than positive ones."

"I don’t know where to begin! My family of six adults and two small children could not have had a better experience. We just completed a fever dream of a week in this beautiful villa, doted on by an incredibly professional,caring and attentive staff. Chef Wong sent us home wanting every single recipe to his outstanding meals! We never wanted to eat out! As if the property itself wasn’t perfect, the staff was the chef’s kiss! Pepe made the best rum drinks and was the perfect host. Sophia kept the whole house in order and Bryan and Dwayne kept the property always looking its best. If we ever come back to Jamaica, we will return to Brown Shuggah! Anna and Daniel were fabulous communicators and they will always steer you in the right direction when it comes to activities, drivers and amenities! The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. ​The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier.
