「We had a few issues with our stay. Upon arrival the condo assigned to us had not been cleaned at all and looked to be in a relatively tired condition compared to the photos we saw online. We were helped to quickly find an alternative condo and the team were very responsive however, there were a few general cleanliness issues once we finally got settled like dirt / hair on floor near and under the bed and a cockroach in one of our towels! Location was OK but nothing special. I」

「Our king room was not very clean. Black mold in the bathroom shower and walls. Minimal room service. Trash and towels only. Door to our room sticking terribly. My wife could not open the door due to it sticking. The bathroom door would not close because of mis alignment. Also we had to pay $15.00 per night to park on their property.」

「The hotel double charged my card, when we arrived, the freezer was leaking all over the floor, place was a little iffy but at least it was only a ten minute walk to the beach. Room was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. I had to get a new card issued by my bank from all the unauthorized charges」
