Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay took a most disturbing turn as our stay came to an end. The rental company claimed we were suppose to leave on March 31st and sent the cleaning company to clean. Our rental agreement and emails with the rental company all stated our departure day was .April 1 and no additional charges would be incurred. We had paid in full up front as with all VRBO bookings. To our surprise the management company, St. Augustine Vacation Rentals took another fee of $263 against my credit card. I called and emailed the owner Derrick Kelly to discuss this charge. He refused to discuss this and then stopped returning calls and emails. I have just opened a dispute with my credit card company to obtain a refund. .This is so underhanded and unprofessional I am shocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Captain's quarters! We have made this a tradition for our vacation. There were a few things that were needing some love last year that we noticed had been fixed this year. The only issues we had was on the first morning there, the coffee maker didn't work, but we went and bought a new one and left it there for others to use and we had issues with the gate code not working. Other than that it's an incredible place to stay! We will be back next year and had talked about maybe doing 2 weeks if schedules allow.

The place was outdated. Hard to contact the agent. Curtains were broke and the toilets were tiny. The entire place was wonderful. The people living there were amazing. I would stay again, but a different unit.

Winter get away

Condo was secure and conveniently located, and well stocked, manager did address a issue we had. Unit was a little dated but clean, reasonably priced and would stay there again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Captains Quarters many times, but this was the first time in this condo. It was very well equipped and had everything you need to cook in or take a shower and wrap up in a comfy towel and watch a storm come in. We had an issue with not having a broom and some bugs. The process to get rid of the bugs was started but a little worrisome as we didn't want to bring any home. We never got a broom and just had to make do with a vacuum. Beautiful condo otherwise. Will likely stay again!!!

Great space on the beach!

Great condo! Out the back of the parking garage and you are in the boardwalk to the beach. Good communication and a clean space. Will definitely be back.
