Gorgeous natural dunes and white sandy beach are just outside your balcony with access downstairs across manicured landscaping to a private beach entrance. Sunrise Terrace is tastefully decorated with a soft palette pleasing to all tastes and perfect for unwinding from the busyness of life. The open floor plan allows for ease of movement between the kitchen, dining, and living space, all with views of the ocean. Upstairs, both the Master bedroom, with it's great ocean view, and the second bedroom have their own connected bathrooms and are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens.
Summerhouse Condos uniquely offer spectacular amenities for guests including four heated pools, easy beach access, pickleball, tennis, basketball, fitness center, playground, charcoal grill picnic area, and clubhouse with library and game room. Enjoy the sun at the beach and pools all day and come back to your cool condo to cook up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, read a book on the balcony overlooking the water, watch a movie with the family.
Crescent Beach is known for its wide, quiet and gorgeous beaches. Enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family. In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 15-20 minute drive of the condo. Summerhouse Condos are located at the southern end of Crescent Beach just before the Matanzas Inlet where the Atlantic shoreline is a favorite with kiteboarders and the Intracoastal side a paddle boarding and boating paradise. History and adventure await you! Take a free ferry ride to tour across the Matanzas River to Fort Matanzas (walking distance from the condo) or visit Marineland or Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's treasures of history and nature, just a few miles south of the inlet.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
