Wow!!! incredibile view! We loved this place. We walked in and all we saw was the ocean. The bedroom upstair had the most beautiful view of a georgous sunrise on the ocean. We even saw the moon rise and a meteour shower because there were no lights on the beach. The beds were very comfortable too! Yes, definitely a 5 star for the incredibile view, cleanliness and communication! We will book again!

Great place to stay. Unfortunately it rained all the time we were there. I look forward to staying again when the weather is nicer. My grandchildren still enjoyed the beach in the rain. This unit is well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable.. The location was good for us and the beach uncrowded. i have absolutely no complaints.

Best unit in Summerhouse!

We have been vacationing at summerhouse for years and this unit was by far our favorite we’ve ever rented. The unit itself is so cute and clean, the location is perfect and the hosts were so accommodating! We will most definitely be renting again!

Our stay at Sunrise terrace 356 was absolutely perfect! The unit was exceptionally clean. I’m talking under the beds and dressers were even swept. James was overly accommodating even after hours. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was awesome. The unit has a beautiful view and was extremely quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors. Every staff member we came in contact was pleasant and accommodating. Unit was supplied with extra accommodations for a perfect beach stay (including boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and a small umbrella). All of this at a very good price. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

What a wonderful experience we had at Sunrise Terrace! Check in was seamless, the accommodations were beautiful and we truly felt like welcomed guests, made to feel right at home! The condo was convenient to downtown, a grocery store, and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!

A Winter's stay

We had a great stay, with a wonderful view of a wintery ocean. Walking on the beach at this time of the year is peaceful and quiet. This condo is very well maintained and comfortable, more than what the two of us needed. With just a short drive to nearby dining and shopping also being a plus. Great trip

This condo is truly a clean and comfortable place to stay. It was a pleasure to come back to at the end of a day of activity. It was roomy and the 1/2 bath downstairs was a real convenience. There was an abundance of linens and plenty of pillows for sleepers like us who want two pillows to sleep on. It was very well stocked and had several thoughtful touches. I would love to go back someday for another week.

Breathtaking views!

Great property and location.The views were amazing and the sandy beach were just steps away. Early morning dolphins, pelicans and sandpipers would entertained us from the terrace .The only downside were the pillows. We will be back.

Picture perfect beachfront condo

It’s our second time staying at Sunrise Terrace and we cannot wait to return again! The hosts are so communicative, helpful and polite. The condo views cannot be beat, and the cleanliness and set up is perfect for a family. If you want a hassle free, attentive staff and a great place to stay with an AMAZING View, this place is for you!! We had a small issue with the GFCI in the bathrooms, couldn’t find the breaker panel. Reached out to the staff and maintenance fixed it right away. Master bedroom was HUGE with a great view. Second bedroom had plenty of space. Plenty of games for the family.

Loved the area!

The condo was very nice with beautiful views. We were a group of senior women and discovered the condo is on the second floor with no elevator. Then when finally getting luggage up the steep stairs we discovered the bedrooms were upstairs from the living area. Lovethe condo but probably would have to opt for a 1st floor next time.
