Since some family stayed in 1112, we really appreciated the convenience of the adjacency of the back patio doors. Great also not to have to rely on stairs or an elevator. Personnel was very helpful lending equipment for pickleball and providing information about local attractions. Beautiful beach and pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment. Would definitely recommend Colony Reef Club to any family looking for a well kept and well located facility. The

GREAT TIME BUT UNIT NEEDS "SPRUCING UP"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit multiple years. It is in a good location and spacious enough. It is furnished well and provides a good condo for our family. However, this unit could just use a little "sprucing up." The kitchen is poorly stocked with dishes, silverware, and tableware. It is just a hodgepodge of furnishings.... We would also suggest that the patio furniture,which has been there since we started renting, be replaced. It is metal and is rusty. The set is too large for the patio and the chairs are extremely heavy and cumbersome. Installing a fan on the patio would be a great upgrade. The guest room closet door was completely off the track. These seem like petty things but addressing these issues would make an "adequate" unti into an amazing unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall unit was in decent shape. It was short in some areas of which I thought there should be more. The Kitchen was sparsely furnished, silverware cooking pots and pans, and utensils. Only 3 towels provided for the week. There is an in unit washer and dryer which is extremely helpful. Atmosphere was friendly, warm and accommodating. I'm not sure it should be a gold listing but don't know all the criteria for making that decision. Refrigerator wasn't clean but rest of the unit was. As I said, overall experience was positive and we've reserved for next year.
