Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.
Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).
The unit is equipped with a full bath.
The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker, We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.
So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.
This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV

This was my second time staying at this property, and once again it was an excellent experience. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and within easy reach of all the great attractions in St. Augustine.Communication with the hosts was outstanding, and clear instructions for check-in and check-out were provided. The only question we had was quickly answered, ensuring our stay worked out well. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.The designated parking, strong Wi-Fi, and access to laundry facilities made our stay even more convenient. The property itself feels like a home away from home, and the attention to detail shows in every aspect.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The Oldest City
This was a great place to stay for our visit to St. Augustine. The apartment was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Also, located close to several places to eat within walking distance. Not having to drive and finding a place to park--perfect!!! Plus, easy to walk to a trolley stop.

Spring Visit
Excellent! We were very happy with the cleanliness and brightness of our unit. Additionally, the unit was well supplied and all fixtures and equipment operated well. The grounds were beautiful and the neighborhood is quite pleasant and within walking distance to the downtown area and many other attractions. Additionally, Kirsten does a very good job communicating with her guests. We would love to stay on the property again in the future and would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Place in a great location
We loved our stay at this wonderful place. Two parking spots were super convenient as parking in St. Augustine isn't good. The property is within walking distance to George St. which we loved. The property owner was super responsive and helpful to our questions. The one and only drawback that we could possibly see, is the one bathroom being off the bedroom. For us alone it was not an issue but could be if two couples were sharing. Highly recommend this place!!
