Charming Cottage In St. Augustine Historic District

After spending some time in St. Augustine, our family fell in love with the city and wanted our own piece of this historical gem. While we’d love to enjoy our charming cottage year round, “real life” calls in another state and we’ve decided to share it with others.
Located in historic downtown St. Augustine, close to the hustle and bustle, but nestled in a peaceful neighborhood called Lincolnville, this vacation rental is waiting for your arrival! Walk or bike to the fantastic attractions St. Augustine offers. For those who enjoy dining out, we are close to several lovely restaurants in the Lincolnville neighborhood.
This charming 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage provides our guests a retreat with a true neighborhood feel. With an open concept kitchen and living area, the cottage offers an airy and inviting space great for relaxing with family and friends.
There is plenty of storage space as each room has a closet and dresser and guests will find a spacious king sized bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. Full-sized washer and dryer are provided as well. Families traveling with little ones will find a pack and play and high chair stored in the closet of the master bedroom. When not sightseeing or shopping in town, relax outdoors either on the front porch or on the private back patio where guests can grill and dine al fresco, or just kick back with a book.
For those who enjoy swimming there is a neighborhood pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) located just down the street from the cottage as well as a playground, basketball courts and walking paths.
This cute cottage is a great choice for those who want to explore historical St. Augustine without sacrificing the comforts of an inviting home.

Thanksgiving Get Away

We stayed to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and found the house to be perfect. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was superbly equipped. The house was super clean and nicely decorated and location was great. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.

The Hoffman House was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very well stocked with supplies!! Quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. The PM was very accessible, and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House with a Great Location

Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant.

Cute, comfy and clean cottage!

This cottage was perfect for a girl's getaway! The house is close enough to town to walk, but far enough away that you're not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The cottage is so cute, well decorated and very comfortable! The property manager was very responsive to a question I had when I first arrived, but we had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern, and well-stocked with essentials. We also found it to be baby/toddler friendly inside. Backyard and porch are nice to have; we walked to breakfast a few times and also to downtown St Aug from the house. Cool neighborhood, close to everything. Thank you for providing a nice stay!

It was lovely. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication was provided as needed and the owner even called on the day of check in to welcome us. Very easy access (walking and driving) to many attractions in St. Augustine.

Great Home away from Home

Family Trip

We had such a wonderful time in St.Augustine. The property was very clean and cozy. We were within 8 minutes to downtown town. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting the area. Biking Saint Augustine

This is a great property if you want to be close to the fort but not in the middle all the busy Christmas crowds! We biked through beautiful neighborhoods and were close to the Saint Augustine Distillery & Fish Camp Restaurant. The neighbors were very pleasant too. Thanks for a great staycation!

Mother daughter weekend getaway

There was 5 of us in our group and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable. Everyone said they would stay there again. It was a quick easy Uber drive to downtown. The house had the all the amenities so if you forgot something they most likely had it there.

2nd Annual Girls Trip

This is the second year we have stayed in this amazing get away home. The home was spotless, had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The location is great. The property manager was wonderful. She called me to let me know we left something behind. The owner was very easy to contact and quickly responded. We are already planning to stay at this home again next year. I highly recommend this property.

We had a toilet that kept running. I sent a text and the property manager was there within 2 hours on a Sunday morning to fix it. With service like that, we didn't have any worries the week we stayed. the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices.

Exceeded My Expectations!

I spent 2 weeks in this charming cottage. The first week was spent with my 3 sisters and the second week was with 2 friends. This cottage could not have been more perfect for our vacation! It was immaculate, well maintained, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The first week was a slow-roll mornings, shopping, walking, eating out, and hanging out at the cottage. There were 3 bedrooms that accommodated our needs perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped. The porch and patio were perfect for having our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a place to escape when we needed time to ourselves. The second week was more about sightseeing and learning about the history of the area. There is a lot to see and do within walking distance including museums,tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We did not have a car and between walking and the Get-on Get-off Trolley, we could access everything we wanted to. We flew into Jacksonville and had no trouble using an Uber for transportation to and from the airport. Publix Instacart delivery for groceries was excellent. The restaurants in the area were fabulous and we went to several of them 2 or 3 times. I would highly recommend Saint Augustine and specifically this cottage for a wonderful get-away.
