Welcome to Portside, your sun-soaked, boho-inspired beach escape in St. Augustine. Just steps from the sand and 5 minutes from the heart of the nation's oldest city, this end-unit townhome offers a tropical, design-forward vibe that’s relaxed, playful, and totally unforgettable.

Inside the Space:
Designed with a fresh coastal palette, rattan accents, and soft natural textures, Portside feels like a boutique resort tucked into the dunes. As an end unit, it’s filled with natural light and added privacy, and you’ll catch a beautiful ocean view from the windows and upstairs balcony.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private balcony where you can feel the breeze and spot the ocean in the distance. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a twin bunk bed nook, which works great for families! Both bedrooms have TVs with cable, but don’t be surprised if you forget they’re even there.
The kitchen is boho chic with newer stainless appliances. It’s stocked with what you need to cook a nice meal, plus a few extras we like to keep around just in case. The open living and dining area is filled with light, thanks to the extra windows in this end unit. It’s the kind of space where you can stretch out, kick your shoes off, and not worry about anything for a while.
Easy, Elevated Living:
- Open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas all flow together with coastal ease.

The Neighborhood:
This isn’t just St. Augustine. It’s laid-back Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach, where every day starts with a salty breeze and ends with a sunset stroll. Enjoy the 2 refreshing pools in Ponce Landing. The pools are heated when seasonally appropriate. Local cafes, taco joints, and surf shops are all nearby, and downtown’s rich history is just 5 miles away. It’s the kind of spot where you can do a lot or do absolutely nothing, and either one feels like the right move.
Portside is pet friendly! One pet is allowed with an additional cleaning fee and agreement to the HOA pet rules for Ponce Landing. Please indicate you have 1 pet (under the number of adults and children) when booking, and owner will email pdf of the pet rules after guest provides email address when booking.
