Convenient to Beach and Clean

We had a fantastic long weekend at this beach condo with our family of four (two adults, two kids). The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — exactly what you hope for in a vacation rental! The beds were super comfy, and the space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra linens.One really helpful bonus: the closet was stocked with beach gear — including chairs, towels, and even a boogie board (could save you some packing space). The condo had plenty of towels, good WiFi, and the AC worked great after long days in the sun. Washer/Dryer was great too.The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and relax as a family. We'd absolutely consider booking this unit again for our next trip. Highly recommend!

Snowbirds

Snowbirds wanting to get out of the harsh weather of NC so decided to check out Saint Augustine. Absolutely loved the gated complex with just enough amenities to keep us entertained. The unit was very spacious and being an end unit allowed for privacy. The unit had everything needed to be comfortable and the starter kit was awesome! The owner has it decorated beautifully with the feeling you are at the beach..I would say the unit could use some TLC maybe some fresh paint especially on the ceilings and baseboards and a good deep cleaning. But all in all it was a wonderful stay… we enjoyed the balcony watching all the people walking their pets.

Great Location

The condo was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed! It was a little unclear how to access the entrance upon our arrival but once we were in. Smooth sailing from there
