Great location for various activities in NE Florida. Stayed only three nights and enjoyed various local restaurants and even took in the final regular season Jacksonville Jaguar game. Go Jags. Super quiet neighborhood and the house was well stocked for fixing quick meals, coffee, cocktails, etc. Nice porch that we didn't get the chance to enjoy. A must is to take a walk down to the dock and enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful home that is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the pool, pier, and playground. My grandson had a blast there. It's a short drive to downtown activities and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and the host was quick to respond to any issues. Thanks to both of you, this place is a gem. We'll be back.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The 2-bedroom house is located on a wonderfully quiet street, making it the perfect relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, yet it's conveniently close to the beaches, local shopping, and the historic district. The house itself was fully furnished with all the necessary amenities we could possibly need. Additionally, the nearby club pool was exceptionally clean and a great place to unwind. The owners were fantastic to work with and were clear and prompt in all communications. Highly recommend this property for a stress-free vacation!
