We were to get a house. When we got there people were in the house and we had to stay in a converted garage. The host then rented the house again the next day to other people. Sent me a msg saying it was a mistake. Once? Maybe. Twice no way. Totally ruined our vacation.

We got the code to the wrong unit. This unit was much smaller had only one bathroom . It was completely different from what I booked. Once I contacted them, it took 20h to get back to me. I send a message after we left and did not hear from them for 5 days. We got told we would get a refund. I finally contacted Vrbo to see if they can help. We did get a partial refund. The place was clean .
