The Perfect Location

The property is perfectly located a short walking distance from all the activity downtown. We only had to use our car once to go to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the place is very clean. Comfortable bed and roomy space. Parking can get tricky if it’s busy season but the owners provide multiple options. Highly recommend this place and St. Augustine.

Perfect location

The place was very spacious and the location was perfect. We rode our bikes everywhere and didn't have to deal auth the parking which can be a real pain downtown. Best of all, our dogs were welcome with us.

Perfect Location

This was a 5 star stay from beginning to end. The location is great for exploring downtown. When I arrived I parked in my reserved space and had no reason to get back into the car until it was time to go. The villa had everything I needed. I ate out one night and cooked in one night. All of the pans and utensils I needed were there. The property is decorated perfectly for the style and age of the building. I enjoyed a drink in the rocker on the front porch each evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in a central location

The property was clean and easy to locate, in part thanks to the detailed directions from the owners. Easily walkable to great food and drink options. There wasn’t any carpets or rugs for our pup to play in the house, but we were out walking with her more than in the unit. Cool backyard with picnic benches and plenty of lights on the dedicated walkway to the parking. We would definitely stay again, thank you for the great experience.

Wonderful property!!

From the minute you walk through the door into this cute apartment, you will be amazed! The location is perfect! You can walk to so many cute shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and bars. The location is perfect, nestled into a beautiful neighborhood with so many historic homes. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. The hosts provide a binder filled with local recommendations and their favorite spots. The apartment itself is so cute, maintaining its historic charm with modern amenities. We had such a great stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is clean, comfortable, convenient, and with amazing hosts!!

Disappointed

The place is rehabbed and nicely furnished but unfortunately no care was taken to seal off doorways and cracks that lead to the outdoors. We departed a day early after observing an enormous roach on the kitchen wall. We we're not able to kill it because of it's size and speed. I would recommend an exterminator but unless the doors and the cracks in the flooring are replaced the problem will most likely persist. This is a first floor apartment after all. I should also mention that there is a elementary school right across the street from the property. I'm sorry I couldn't give this place a better review.

Unique Clean Apartment

The apartment was clean, historical yet updated, and unique. We appreciated the binder with the owners suggestions, they were spot on. Bedding and towels were all clean and there were more than enough to stay comfortable. Everything worked and they stocked up on essentials.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Location is awesome and within walking distance to the charming St. George St area. Having the bikes was fabulous as we biked everywhere. The orders are super nice and very responsive!

Great vacation!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with another couple. It was nice and convenient to the downtown area. The bikes were a very nice thing to have getting around town and the owners were easy to communicate with.

Short getaway before Mayo Clinic appointments

Came down from SC to St. Augustine early to visit before heading to Jacksonville for medical appointments. Just what the doctor ordered! Perfect spot- close to everything, clean and spacious rental! We will be back for sure!

Had a wonderful visit at this beautiful property right near everything in St Augustine. Very clean and spacious, comfy bed, and no noise issues despite the property being pet friendly and other visitors around us. Everything was just as described, no issues to report.
