We had a fantastic stay! The house was just a block from the beach and only a quick Uber ride to downtown St. Augustine. Plus, it was conveniently located about half a mile from Publix — definitely a nice bonus. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the pool lights and heater were on a timer — such a nice touch!The only small hiccup was with the listing description. We were expecting three queen beds and a king plus a Murphy bed, but it actually had one king, two queens, and a Murphy bed. Luckily, there was also a pull-out sofa, so it all worked out just fine.Tamara, our contact, was absolutely amazing — super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Amazing House

This was our favorite house we have ever rented on VRBO. The house was very spacious. It was clean and fully stocked, they even provided pool towels. I loved how big the yard was and I could watch the sunrise from the top porch. Other things I loved about the house, They provided games, pool floats, beach chairs and a wagon. The public beach access was across the street. I give this house a 10 / 10.

Wonderful family stay

What a wonderful family week in St Augustine. The house was spacious, functional, and comfortable. The pool was perfect for all ages - shallow area for young grandchildren and plenty of toys and floats for the older ones. Easy sun lounging for the adults. The beach was just a short walk away and thank goodness we did not need to find beach parking. Everything needed for the beach was also available. Highly recommend this house for your stay!

Great beach retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house and pool were well-equipped and made our time comfortable. Replacing the worn-out plastic porch chairs, upgrading the beach/pool towels and bed pillows, & equipping the separate downstairs apartment with central HVAC would be assets.
