Anniversary family trip

Celebrated 45th anniversary with grown kids and grands. This was perfect! Just the right distance to walk easily back and forth from beach and the pool was awesome for the stormy afternoons. Lots of pool toys and kitchen stocked great! And seeing the fireworks in comfort of the de is were great!

40th Anniversary Celebration

Plenty of room for our family of 9. Elevator was terrific for carrying luggage and groceries. Enjoyed the salt water pool and outdoor shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family of nine stayed at the property and everyone enjoyed the pool, the close proximity to the beach, the ping pong and foosball tables. We had a few small issues and the property manager took care of our concerns right away. We would recommend this VRBO.

Clean and Beautiful

The house was perfect for our mini family vacation. Very easy walk to the beach. Plenty of everything we needed for 4 days of family fun and relaxing. The house was cleaned well and we enjoyed the ping pong table, shuffle board table in the garage. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Beautiful house

The house was wonderful! Very well kept and you couldnt beat the location. The pool was very clean and the kids were using it constantly when they werent at the beach. Any communication I had with the property manager was handled in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

What a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family. The elevator was invaluable for our mother! We enjoyed local restaurants, historic St. Augustine, and of course, the beach!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here! We walked to the beach everyday. Spent time in the pool. And could even walk for dinner and ice cream in the evening. Definitely recommend this place!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed on the island numerous times and keep coming back to this location and this house. Great area to get to downtown St. Augustine, walk to great food and bars and easy access to the beach-at the end of the street. The house is beautiful, has easy check in/check out, great amenities and managing staff was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

Very nice house!

It was a really nice house. The top floor, where the kitchen and family area was located was exceptional. It was also easy to get to the town of Saint Augustine with all the historical landmarks.

Very close to beach, restaurants, and local activities. Elevator was a plus for elders and luggage trips. Great parlor games for kids in garage. We would stay again.

This house was lovely! We had plenty of sleeping spaces and plenty of room for dining and family games. The pool was just right and the beach was a short walk away. We were close to eating places and grocery shopping. This was a wonderful family vacation!
