Perfect for our family gathering. The beach was easy to access after a short walk. House was great for spending time together as a group. Pool was nice to relax in after a busy day. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone really enjoyed our time there.

Our stay at Jody's place was perfect! The house had everything we needed and communication was amazing. Short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The grocery store is a quick 5 min down the street and there are several great restaurants in the area. We loved it so much that we cooked in one night - which I never do on vacation. We hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for family time, with plenty of space for everyone to relax together, yet also enough room to unwind on your own. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to St. Augustine — and the home itself is beautifully decorated. Luxurious, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. We traveled with four teenagers, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave, which says a lot. The host was outstanding: responsive, thoughtful, and a great communicator throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.
