Relaxing and fun vacation property

The “Ray Charles” unit was super clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to the city center and beaches, but nice and quiet so we were able to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen great and overall a very nice stay!

This place was stunning walking in. It was so beautiful. I felt safe and comfortable. It is pretty close to the downtown area so we walked everywhere. I will definitely be back! The record player with Ray Charles records was incredible, we felt so close to that history. The hosts were great too, we had a small issue but they were on top of it and fixed it fast. Our 20th Anniversary was great!

March Stay at the Ray!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Ray Penthouse! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries. And just a short Uber ride to the Amp. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to St. Aug!

Prime location, historic property

We really enjoyed staying at The Ray during our recent trip to St.Augustine. The location is perfect for walking everywhere you want to go and the rooftop patio is a great feature for views of the whole city. The hosts were excellent communicators and gave excellent suggestions for places to eat and visit.

The penthouse was very well maintained & kept as a historic building, very spacious and cozy. Great amenities with spectacular rooftop views. Walking distance to main downtown strip and easy access to restaurants and museums. Awesome decor with huge master bathroom. Will repeat on our future trips.

A true gem!

We had an amazing time staying at The Ray Penthouse! The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with and the penthouse looks exactly as it did in the pictures and is very spacious and clean. The private rooftop access is incredible!

Anniversary turned evacuation Milt

Beautiful trip for anniversary planned. House is gorgeous and beds comfortable, house clean and host responsive to any need. Due to hurricane we had to evacuate our children here as well host allowed us to stay an extra day to safely get back. Thank you and we would come again for sure and hosts responsive to any need.

Overall nice place. Both bathrooms off a bedroom which was okay as we had 2 couples, but if someone had used 3rd bedroom would have had to disturb others. Plenty of room, just suggest larger living room furniture. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and bars.

Overall very good

The location is extremely walkable for all historic and downtown activities. The particular neighborhood street is historic. There is a shelter of some sort up the street. So there are a handful of homeless people and those living in cars on the street. Some late night noise and groups of people wandering around.
