The Space:

Check in via the easy keyless lock and make your way in the back of the home with private enclosed patio space with cozy conversation set where you'll find yourself enjoying your morning coffees or afternoon cocktail.



As you walk in, you'll be greeted with the back lounge area with arcade machine! Surely, you'll find this as the top gathering area through out your stay as you battle each other in a game of Pac Man.



Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the bright, open galley kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a full size fridge, an oven with stovetop, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to do all the cleaning up for you.



Eat together at the dining table, or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants right around the corner including a café (Sunday Gathering Table) a couple block away with some of the best breakfast and brunch in town. Make yourself a cocktail at the drink cart across from the table with shaker and full drink setup.



The living area is filled with a cozy swing chair and pullout couch with chaise to rest your feet up from a long day around town. Extra pillows and sheets are available for the additional sleeping arrangement. A huge wall mounted Smart TV where you can spend a lazy afternoon watching all your favorite shows curled up in comfort.



The master bedroom is complete with a charming Queen poster bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with spacious glass shower. The second bedroom includes another cozy queen bed and a private work desk. A second full bathroom with walk in shower is located outside across from the dining area.



Walk out to the front porch with additional seating area for you to relax and soak in the Florida sunshine.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home as well as high speed Wi-Fi, free off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles, complimentary coffee for their first morning



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the historical Uptown District with many top boutiques and restaurants right around the corner. Check out our favorite places such as Declaration & Co or Sunday Gathering Table. The main downtown historic district is an easy 15-20 minute walk (including St. George St and Castillo de San Marcos,).



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is to walk or with your own car or in a rental with a free parking space for2-3 cars included with your stay.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 30 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
