The Villa:
Only a few minutes walk from the beach, this holiday home is ideal for a family or a group of friends wanting to spend their vacation in the heart of the island’s beauty.
The large and airy living room opens onto the terrace with a breathtaking view over Marigot bay and the hill of Mont-Jean. Furnished with a sofa and wooden tables in a refined ethnic spirit, this great room is the perfect place to bond and make memories while being relaxed as the island’s mild breeze blows through the windows.
The large, recently renovated kitchen is perfectly equipped with an electric oven and gas stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer, and a hood.Cook gourmet meals or snacks while enjoying the beautiful ocean view.
On the covered terrace, you will find a beautiful dining area with a wooden table to enjoy your meals al fresco. In the extension facing the view over the bay, you will also find the outdoor living space, furnished with benches, deckchairs, and armchairs with an amazing panoramic view. The lovely swimming pool is located at the front of this wooden terrace. Take a plunge to cool down the day or even the evening, under St-Barts'starry sky.
The villa consists of three beautiful and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. Two of them are furnished with a king size bed and the third one features a queen size bed. On the main level, the first bedroom is located next to the living room and the second one can be accessed through the terrace. The third bedroom is located below the terrace, through a relatively steep staircase which may not be suitable for everyone. You will enjoy resting in this cozy cocoon with linen and wood-inspired, decorated bedrooms, after beautiful days discovering St-Barts' nature and beauty.
