“Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!”

“Our family of five stayed at Beatenberg Hotel & Spa for five nights, and overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily repeat. Originally, we had booked a Family Suite via Expedia that could accommodate all five of us. As a precaution, we contacted the hotel directly prior to arrival, only to be informed that the reservation details from Expedia had not been properly transmitted and that the Family Suite could not be secured. “We had very pleasant stay at Beausite hotel. Hotel staff are extremely nice. Breakfast was so yummy and we love the breakfast curry rice and the egg florentine in the jar. Even after we checked out, staff still offered guests free coffee/tea and cake from 2-6pm . Hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The room is spacious and good for 3 of us . No aircond but there is a fan provided in the room. We love this hotel!”

“Didn't know a nursing home is included till we saw many elders but it's fine. 30 sec from the bus station and the hotel will give you a free bus card. Very convenient to get to train station then other cities. ”

“The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.”
