Overall the staff were very helpful and courteous. We had a ground floor room which was large, containg a desk,sofa, TV and chair. The only downside was the lack of a light over the seating area.

On the whole it was a good place to stay. The room was clean, good facilities, free parking, good free WiFi. convenient location and good breakfast. The inn does very good evening meals as well. We stayed for 2 days.

Property is in a lovely quiet village and layout and facilities are excellent. The house has great potential but was let down by simple poor cleaning by I’m guessing an agency. Many Cobwebs which had been there a while, dirty extractor vans, internal glass banister panels which were dirty and streaky, ...

Everything was great! Lodge is perfect for 2 but easily fits 4 people. We had some welcoming presents and everything was very clean and tidy. Location is ideal. We would definitely recommend it.
