“Enjoyed our stay. Great hospitality team from check in to check out.”

“The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean……

“I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above……
