“Nice big room and a great view”

“I absolutely LOVED this stay. It was my boyfriends birthday so I wanted something special. This place exceeded my expectations by far. Staff was amazing so helpful and very sweet. The only thing that sucked was the pool wasn’t open due to renovation but obviously my fault for not researching more before booking. Other than that I would 100% come back and recommend this place to friends. (Also the view from the room is breathtaking)”

"which they are famous for "that was disappointing !!And someone used our room to go to the bathroom !!how disgusting !!We knew it wasn't me or my husband because .Well we left to check out the water and and where gone about 45 minutes came back to our room and there was a bunch of toilet paper in the toilet!!When we went to our room on check out day the housecleaner was walking into our room to clean it i guess for……

“The toilet seat was peeling, the light in the bathroom flickered, the plate of the iron had melted debris on it, the refrigerator did not work even after the staff came to look at it, the carpeting was stained. The table at breakfast was dirty, and the floor was sticky in the dining room.”

“The Hotel overall was fine. My specific room was pretty good but the carpet is old and decently gross. The view was - none ! You got to look at another part of the building... :( Its like putting a giant blank billboard in front of your window at home. There was zero coffee available for breakfast in the morning. :(”

“Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded.”

“The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,……

“This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!”
