"We had an excellent 4 nights. All the staff were first class and nothing was too much despite there being a private dinner & dance on Friday night and a wedding on Saturday. The room was very good and housekeeping provided us with a basket of towels etc every day as we stayed in the hotel to relax. Percy, our mini dachsund was provided with a nice bed, blanket and towel, all of which he refused to use, but he had his own crate. He had doggie treats by the score and many tummy tickles. We didn't use the leisure facilities and therefore cannot comment on them. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Greenbank isn't a modern chain hotel, it has character and soul as well as great views over the Fal estuary. It is a short walk into Falmouth which has many individual shops and eating places. The staff were always helpful and well presented and the breakfast was excellent."

"We were met by Pinka who checked us in, she was informative and had a lovely manner. Info given about the hotel, breakfast times etc. Our room was just a standard but plenty big enough, large comfy bed and had an estuary view We only ate continental breakfast at the hotel which was more than enough Luck to find parking in the hotel car park on each of the days we stayed here Loved Padstow out of season will hopefully return"
