"The service was very attentive. The rooms were clean and modern. I loved the tea and honey provided in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The lounging areas were also very nice. The hotel is very close to a tube station and the Tower of London. Only wish is that they provided a robe and slippers as well as having a dedicated spot for cars/taxis to drop off and pick up guests. However, overall it was a pleasant experience. "

"Hyatt Place East London was fantastic. Warm and friendly staff willing to help with any assistance you may need. The restaurant on site had an amazing dinner and breakfast options. The sky bar has a great view of London while you drink or snack."

"Brilliant welcoming team. The hotel is spotless from entrance to the room and the 5th floor dining space. Free hot and cold drinks all day. Housekeeping every 3rd day. Location is perfect for Aldgate East tube and Spitalfields market is minutes away for great food and drinks. Lively market for clothing etc included. Thus will be our London base for the future "

"The room was beautifully decorated, the washer/dryer was a huge plus (not all rooms have them, you need to request them). Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but loved the idea that it was open until midnight. All the staff were very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good. Located in a great part of London with a very cool vibe. The area was close to Liverpool Street station and felt very safe for me, as a solo female traveller. I will definitely stay there again as it was excellent value for money"
