The room was gorgeous, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The team prepared the room with balloons and a cake as I was celebrating a birthday. They made it feel even more special with that extra touch. I will definitely be staying here again in future!

Second stay at The Canopy, Hilton. Staff are welcoming and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The bed is particularly comfy which made for a good sleep! Our experience overall was fantastic and we would definitely come and stay again. Small comments would be the waiting time to check in and no hot water from the tap in our bedroom… although the shower was lovely!

Rob at breakfast is a star, but all staff are excellent. Breakfast is best in London probably. Room fantastic. Bed/pillow magically comfy. Rainfall shower is invigorating. Right next to Aldgate tube so easy to/from West End (Embankment) or Liverpool St (1 stop)
