"I have stayed at The Siren several times over the years, and I always have an enjoyable time. It's in a prime location in downtown Detroit, hospitable, stylish, and overall just a wonderful time. The valet service really is a requirement; downtown gets too busy on the weekends to park on your own unless you don't mind a bit of a walk. I do wish the rooms had a bit *more* to them, especially as The Siren did away with one of their restaurants to make way for an event space. We had a basic room and it was truly just a bed and cushioned benches for seats. We really didn't need the room for more than sleeping, but it would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs and/or a table. The shower though made up for it - the waterfall showerhead is a phenomenal touch. The signature scent is one I always look forward to as well. Overall, my favorite stay in Detroit!"

"Hotel is clean and lovely. Staff was super friendly, but at times there was confusion about questions we asked-valet told us one thing, front desk told us another. We received complimentary drink vouchers from the front desk staff, but then the roof top bar staff told us there were limitations for using them. Our first room was looking over the roof of a building but our reservation with Expedia said it would be a city view. Front desk staff was a little defensive, saying they have no idea what Expedia promises. We were upgraded, however, because the AC in our room was not working. We really appreciated that."

"This day at this location was absolutely amazing. The host available every time we had a question about any part of check-in or checkout responded in minutes. The property itself is absolutely lovely. The building and location is so convenient to downtown and the Local neighborhood shops and places to eat are awesome! Detroit is amazing and this property is perfect as a retreat from the busy city! We will definitely be looking at this property for availability. The next time we come to Detroit. A all around! "
