As the only major hotel in this area, you would think it would be kept up better, but it's not. This is the second time that we have stayed and the TV skips, like someone is constantly changing the channel. Also, the ice machine on the 2nd floor still wasn't working from a year ago. The elevators are hit or miss as well. They stop working randomly, which to say the least, is a safety hazard for those with disabilities and those not able to walk or climb stairs easily. The breakfast ends at 9:30. This is a little early in my opinion. They also only had 2 people available to clean rooms, including the front desk clerk, who couldn't check us in because he had to go clean rooms. This whole facility is not organized. The owner needs more staff on hand and needs to be aware of the safety concerns and issues of things not properly working.

The property is only one of really two hotels (and likely the better of the two - I've stayed at both) in the area. It is convenient to attractions and shopping, etc. but on our stay, the elevator was broken, and we had to carry our things up two flights of stairs, the ice machine wasn't working on our floor either, and the TV kept glitching out, so it was good that I can read the captions...just not a great experience this time...

The stay was great the only bad part about it was by booking through 3rd party wasn’t inform that there was not goin to have television for the duration of my stay. Had to use the WiFi which didn’t get a discount on my stay. So while in room only can either watch movies on phone or go to bed early. Other than that stay was great from where my destination was. I would stay again when I’m the area. Also only downfall in s there isn’t a hot meal for place around. Only fast food. Which hated to keep eating it the whole 3 night.

We have stayed here a few times while visiting our son. It is right off the main highway and convenient to where our son stays. We also love the town of St. Francisville! This is a very comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

This is one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was so dirty. Hair was EVERYWHERE in the bathroom- sink, tub, floor and toilet. Next to the trash can was a used contact lens. The toilet wasn’t even cleaned. It had poop stains all in the inside of it.
