REMODELED IN 2023 - You won't be disappointed. Fantastic St. George Property in a gated community. Two Bedroom / Two Bathroom - 50ft from Semi-Private pool.

Offering a 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool serving only 16 homes.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separated.

The guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace, a walk out patio and a TV. The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.

Tasteful decor. Cute, quiet neighborhood with very few homes, although some may not enjoy the traffic from the road that runs nearby. We had no problem with it. Flexible host that allowed a larger dog, which we greatly appreciated. Very clean house and well stocked with amenities. Definitely would stay there again as we very much enjoyed our stay. Gas fireplace was also great on the cooler nights.

My wife and I came down from Vegas for our granddaughter's first birthday in St George. This place was amazing, inside and out. It had everything we needed and the location was great. No issues what so ever, very peaceful and relaxing area. The house is great and in a great location. We will be back for sure!

We recently noticed a cockroach issue during our stay, which was unfortunate to experience in such a beautiful space. We absolutely love your place and understand that, as a homeowner, these things can occasionally happen. This won’t affect our desire to return to Lava Falls in the future—we just wanted to make you aware of the situation.

Lava Falls 1 - @ Entrada

Layout of the house was great - very clean - nice artwork - great furniture - loved the kitchen layout - BBQ cooking tools a bit sparse - not a single set of ‘tongs’ in the kitchen - ice freezer had issues - outside patio areas were really unusable due to the traffic noise - loved the shower. Pool area was clean and inviting. All in all, we had a fantastic time. Loved the place!!! We hope to revisit next year.

The accomodation layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The vibe is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great for access to grocery, coffee shops, Kayenta & Snow canyon. Having a garage is big plus.

Great two night stay

This was a great ending point for our trip to southern Utah. Easy access to Snow Canyon, groceries, restaurants. Really easy to find and access. Pool and hot tub right across the street. I would highly recommend.

A Quiet Spring Break

We enjoyed a long weekend at the property around the end of March. Leaving the cold of SLC behind, this property was perfect: a quiet, gated neighborhood; the shortest possible walking distance to the pool; and everything one would need to feel at home, whether you chose to go out for dinner or cook it yourself. We loved the open feel of the whole property, the air flow (love a ceiling fan), and I loved being able to ride my bike right out the front door and up into Snow Canyon and beyond. Being able to bring our frenchie made this the easiest decision as well, and we can't wait to come back for future reprieve from the northern Utah spring snow.

Wonderful stay

We just finished a two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and the community pool/hot tub was well maintained. Great location- close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, walking/biking trails and beautiful Snow Canyon SP. There was a bit of road noise, but certainly not too much to disturb sleep. The only negative is the kitchen cookware ( pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.) is in rough shape and needs replacing. We would highly recommend this unit and plan to return.
