Great get away place

We really enjoyed the condo….was perfect for what we needed it for. It was in a great location close to Black Dessert golf course and Tuacahn. Our only complaint is the big gummy spot in the master bathroom other than that everything was wonderful!

I was really grateful our host was flexible. Our kids got sick a couple of days before our scheduled stay, and they were willing to let us trade weeks if needed. We ended up going, and my kids really enjoyed it. The multiple bunk beds were nice and I loved the view from the patio. They had a helpful selection of kitchen items and the pool options were great. Thanks for making it a happy spring break!

We loved that it was on the bottom floor and that we didn’t have to worry about stairs with our kids. Loved the bunk room and how it had two sets of triple bunk beds for the kids and that you had plastic dishes for the kids to use.

okay but disappointing by Las Palmas standards

We've stayed in 6-8 units over the past few years and this was the first to disappoint. The "patch" over the hole in master bath tub is kind of gross and the mouse droppings, bait station, and ultrasonic repellents are just evidence that it needs a little work. Otherwise easy check in/out and quiet stay.

Great for the price!

The area of the condos was super nice. Easy access to the family pools that were heated, which was a must. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially all the extra towels, I loved that! Exit directions were fast and simple. The only thing that was a little annoying was the master bedroom TV wouldn't change channels so it was just stuck on the news, we mostly watched TV in the family room anyway so it wasn't the worst. And the master tub didn't have a plug for the little kiddos to bathe so we used the hall bathroom. Other than that it was a nice place to stay, I would definitely stay there again!

We were overall happy with the spot we stayed in, I enjoyed the location, the kitchen, the size of bedrooms and the cleanliness. I was disappointed in the master tub and shower, the tub was patched up at the bottom and it made it look and feel gross, and it didn't have a stop for the drain so if someone wanted to try and take a bath they were unable. The sheets for the master bed wouldn't stay on the bed themselves and every time we would move the sheets would come off making it very annoying. The lights were mainly all LED lights making them extremely bright and harsh. The place we decent overall though and we would stay here again with those couple of small changes

Quiet Condo

Our family liked our stay overall, but encountered some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was not working during the first part of our stay and it was quite hot. When I reached out to management it took a second time reaching out to get a response. We were told to replace batteries in thermostat and then it began working. Additionally, the queen bed in the guest bedroom (in our opinion) is very uncomfortable. It is loud and squeaky, in addition to just being an uncomfortable mattress. We let management know and hope the owners consider replacing this for future guests. Other than those two things, we enjoyed the location of the property and the affordable price. And though we didn’t get to visit the pools they looked nice.
