Comfortable condo close to mountain biking, swimming pools, national parks

Las Palmas #206 looks northwest toward Snow Canyon State Park with lovely views of the mountainsand the city as well. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the large deck of our beautiful condo. We recently remodeled: new paint, new carpet and flooring, new living room furniture, and new mattresses.The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals plus plenty of cupboard space for what you bring with you. There are three good-sized bedrooms, two full baths, and a family room with two hide-a-bed sofas, a double recliner, a big-screen Roku TV, and WIFI. A large table in the dining area seats 8-10 people for those all-important family meals. The condo can easily accommodate up to10 people. The complex has two swimming pools with hot tubs, a walking path, children's playground and shuffleboard. The Hub has a workout area, snacks, pool and ping pong tables, showers, tow hot tubs, and an Olympic-size outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a slide pool, a wading pool, a splash pad, and pickle ball and basketball courts. Just a few blocks away is the BLM managed Zen, Bear Claw, Poppy, and Barrel Ride mountain bike trails offering some of the finest mountain biking in southern Utah. Paved trails are accessed on Dixie Dr. The paved trail goes all around the city and out by the Virgin River. Very nice ride! We have a one-car garage for used for bike/gear storage. An elevator is available for easy access to our unit. We are minutes from downtown St. George, baseball and soccer fields as well as pickleball courts. We are less than hour from Zion National Par, Las Vegas is about a 1.5 hour drive, while Snow Canyon State Park and Tuachan are 20 minutes from our place. Cedar City and the Shakespeare Festival are 45 minutes from our place.Come and stay at our lovely condo while visiting beautiful southern Utah!
